Boosts serve as your Production, Income & Speed Multipliers in Narcos: Idle Cartel. You can earn these through completing Goals, Daily Rewards but also through:

3. buying them in The Shop.
You tap on either of the 3 buttons to access their respective menus.
Speaker Boost
The Speakers will move up and down when you have a Boost ready. You tap the Speakers to access the Speaker Boost screen.
In exchange for watching a short Ad, in this instance you get a Speed boost which last for a limited time.
TV Boost
A yellow exclamation point will appear on your TV Boost button when you have a boost available, you simply tap on the button to access the TV boost screen.
You will be offered much like the Speaker Boost the chance to to earn a Boost in your Production (which as indicated boosts your sales) for a limited time.
Buying Boosts at The Shop
Just like the TV Boost, a yellow exclamation point will appear on The Shop button when you have enough resources to purchase something. You simply tap on the button to enter shopping screen.
You see that you can purchase Income (Cash) Multiplying boosts with Super Cash but also you will notice how much time is remaining until the boost list refreshes itself.
