The easiest way for you as a player to get in touch with us is from within the game. In order to do this you must first enter the game settings menu by tapping the Gear in the top left of the Main Game Screen.
Next you simply tap on the 'Write Us Button' to and your email app will automatically open with your unique identification number so we can check the exact account in question. Please be so kind as to include a detailed description of the issue you are faced with so we may better assist you.
If you are unable to enter your game settings, when you start your game on your loading screen your ID is visible which is the 3rd line of Letters and Numbers, send us your ID to support@bigwolf.zendesk.com with a detailed description of your issue.
